with sophisticated replication laboratories 24 hours a
day, 365 days a year.

NBX phone will arrive at your site by the next business
day.

Guardian Service
A complete support solution for customers who need on-site
assistance 24 x 7. A Guardian support contract provides the
following:

Onsite Assistance within four hours - A certified service
engineer will arrive to provide on-site assistance or
hardware replacement within four hours of when it is determined
that a dispatch is required. This assistance is provided
24 hours a day, 7 days a week for system-level problems
- single phone failures excluded. This services includes
the following benefits:
