per site license that permits the NBX system to upgrade to
NBX R4.3 system software. This license must be present or
the NBX system will not allow moves, adds, and changes (MACs)
to be performed.
Note:
NBX System Software R4.3 or greater is required for 3Com NBX
3101 and 3101SP phones and
3105 Attendant Console.
